Our products are sourced from a mix of independent makers and trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship. We work closely with each partner to ensure every piece meets our standards before it reaches your home.

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £100, a flat rate of £4.95 applies. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To start a return, email us at hello@opulentandaffordable.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

Not currently, but we are working on introducing a gift wrapping option soon. In the meantime, all of our items are packaged with care and arrive beautifully presented.

Yes. Our Serenity Amber Candle is hand-poured using a clean-burning soy-coconut wax blend, and our scent diffusers use high-quality essential oil blends with natural rattan reeds.

We recommend wiping ceramic pieces with a damp cloth and hand washing only. They are not suitable for the dishwasher. Handle with care, as each piece is individually crafted and may have slight natural variations.

We currently deliver within the UK only. International shipping is something we are actively exploring, so watch this space.
