We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

5. Ordering

•       We deliver within the UK only (international shipping coming soon).

•       Standard delivery: 3–5 working days.

•       Free delivery on orders over £100. Orders under £100 incur a flat rate of £4.95.

•       Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

•       Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.

Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns window (exceeding the statutory minimum) from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

•       Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

•       Items must be in resaleable condition.

•       Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the goods show signs of use or damage beyond reasonable handling.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where we offer membership subscriptions:

•       Subscriptions are billed monthly via our payment processor. You authorise recurring charges.

•       You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months.

•       We reserve the right to change membership pricing or benefits with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

•       Founding member discounts are time-limited promotional offers and may not be combined with other offers.

•       Member benefits (e.g. early access, co-creation votes) are subject to availability and our reasonable discretion.
